Your attorney can best advise you on the relevant documentation you will need for your hearing. I cannot stress the importance of documenting regular support group attendance. There are several support groups, such as AA and SMARTRecovery, that you can attend. Regular community involvement, such as regular church attendance, is also a plus. Your attorney can best advise you on the laws regarding required abstinence. Before you attend your hearing, you must provide a substance abuse evaluation that addresses your substance use history, your progress in recovery, and your prognosis for continued recovery. You are also required to obtain a 10-panel drug screening before you attend the clinical substance abuse evaluation interview at which pertinent information regarding your history will be gathered. Several assessments/inventories will also be administered. These will assist in determining how well you are progressing in your recovery and your prognosis is for abstinence and relapse. The results of these tests are included in your substance abuse evaluation.

There were other significant changes in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s about Substance abuse treatment Center. The organization’s financial health improved. Staff members, who were previously unpaid and relied on Cenikor for room and board, moved out of the facilities and began receiving salaries. Management was shifted to an outside, newly elected board of directors.
