Treatment Approach

Addiction involves much more than the use of substances.  It is an experience that must be explored, so that the individual can gain insight into its psychological, social, and environmental causes.  Once the individual begins this process, the individual can more readily detect patterns of behavior that trigger substance use, so that he or she is able to prevent relapse from re-occurring.  Since this a learning process, it is important for the individual to realize that mistakes will happen in recovery.  Most importantly, the individual must learn to take recovery in part acts, as it is a life-long endeavor.  We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns about beginning treatment in our program.  We can be reached at 248-470-8918 or gomeztreatment@gmail.com

  2. There were other significant changes in the late ‘70s and early ‘80s about Substance abuse treatment Center. The organization’s financial health improved. Staff members, who were previously unpaid and relied on Cenikor for room and board, moved out of the facilities and began receiving salaries. Management was shifted to an outside, newly elected board of directors.
